Return, Exchange, Refund Agenda

When a client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 24 hours to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.

The Faulty item might be returned to the Rossenfield Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. Upon consideration by our team, we will inform the customer about the product and if any request for a size exchange, damaged product, or return is applicable.

In any case, no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Rossenfield, it shall be forwarded to Online Credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.

If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.

Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved within 7 days' duration from the date of delivery. After that period no party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.

Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.

Every customer must be encouraged about on-the-spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

Discount Sales

Return, exchange, and refund policies will not be applicable for any discounted product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Express Delivery

To get same-day delivery order needs to be placed before 11 am.

The product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing it over to the delivery agent.

An express delivery charge of an extra 100 BDT with full product payment.

For accessories orders need to pay full in advance to process delivery.
